The Parks Junior High Boys and Girls Basketball teams put in the hard work each and every year to represent Parks Junior High to the best of their abilities while displaying their talents and teamwork in the Fullerton School District Sports League. One of the most fun and memorable events of the season is the day that the coaches distribute game jerseys to the players. Watching the student-athletes clamor for the number they want and seeing them bask in the pride of putting on the Panther uniform for the first time is one of the joys of coaching. However, the Parks basketball jerseys have seen better days. Rips and stains, along with faded coloring and peeling letters and numbers have stolen some of the luster that comes with representing our school with pride and passion. If funded, our new jerseys will actually serve as two jerseys in one! The reversible jersey style will allow our teams to wear white or black, meaning that it will be much easier to decipher the two teams on the court as the colors will easily contrast one-another - a first for Parks Basketball. Jerseys are expensive and our athletics budget is small. Your donation will help our players, both current and future, to play hard and look the part!
