A Book to Call My Own by Mrs. Estrada
My 2023-2024 eighth grade students are eager to get the year going! From the moment they stepped foot into my classroom, I have be enthralled with the passion that comes with them. I find myself wanting to make sure I provide all the materials and information necessary to take them to the next level. They are ready. I would love to take it a step further and gift my students with their own personal book. This gift would allow them to be fully invested into their novel since it is now a book to call their own. My students will be able to dive into the novel, The Giver. This will be the gift that keeps on giving.
